Shipping Policy

We ship to most places in Canada. However, if you live in a remote area, feel free to contact us if the shipping option doesn't work for your location. 

 

In-Store Pickup

At  La Crete Home Hardware, we strive to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. That's why we offer the option to shop online, and Pick-Up In Store. When you purchase an item, you will be asked to select a delivery option or In-Store Pickup. Select the In-Store Pickup option, checkout and when your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. It's as simple as that!

All we ask is that you have your order details handy, such as your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your purchase. This ensures that we can serve you as efficiently as possible. 

Return Policy

We will gladly accept any unused regularly stocked merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All returns must first be authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please use the "Start Return Process" button below to initiate the return process. All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's warranty & will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer's directions. We regret that cut materials and special-order merchandise are not returnable.

Online Orders

Online order returns that were shipped to your home must be shipped back to us. In-store pick-up order returns must be returned to the local store where you picked up your order. Refunds from online orders will be returned to your credit card once the bank processes the return (typically no longer than 30 days). You will receive an email confirming the return.
